Keating Resources Welcomes Sean Hogard as Director of Construction for Deer Mountain Village

With over 15 years of experience in construction operations, project management, and business development, Sean brings a wealth of expertise to the growing Deer Mountain Village project.

Sean joins Keating Resources from Kiewit’s Foundations Division, where he served as Superintendent, managing multimillion-dollar projects across the U.S. His leadership and expertise in deep foundations, ground improvement, and large-scale infrastructure projects have driven significant project successes, including the $1.2 billion Central 70 Project in Denver, Colorado, and the $204 million New London State Pier Infrastructure Improvement. Throughout his tenure at Kiewit, Sean demonstrated exceptional operational management skills, ensuring safety compliance, effective project execution, and fostering key client relationships.

Before his time at Kiewit, Sean founded Hogard Design & Construction, managing residential and light commercial construction projects in Rapid City, SD. He also served as Project Manager at Brink Constructors, overseeing high voltage transmission line and substation projects, and managing budgets ranging from $50,000 to $12 million.

Sean studied Construction Management at Pittsburg State University and has completed various professional development courses, including Emerging Managers Training and OSHA certifications. His diverse background and hands-on experience in the construction industry make him uniquely qualified to lead Deer Mountain Village’s construction initiatives.
