Deer Mountain Village and Steve Soffa Invite Media to The Summit Collectors Experience During Sturgis Rally Week

Lead, SD – August 7, 2026 – Deer Mountain Village and acclaimed jewelry and timepiece designer Steve Soffa invite members of the media to attend The Summit Collectors Experience on Monday, August 10, 2026. The inaugural gathering will welcome collectors and motorcycle enthusiasts during Sturgis Rally week for a day of riding, craftsmanship, hospitality, and celebration in the Black Hills.

For many riders visiting the Black Hills during Rally week, The Summit will offer a distinctive experience: the opportunity to ride Deer Mountain Village’s private paved roads in a mountain setting. The community’s private pavement gives riders a chance to enjoy the landscape and the road in a setting designed for both adventure and relaxation.

Hosted and creatively directed by Steve Soffa, The Summit Collectors Experience brings together guests who share an appreciation for motorcycles, craftsmanship, collecting, and the Black Hills. Soffa is an award-winning designer of luxury jewelry and timepieces and a longtime presence at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.

The day’s program includes a private ride, champagne brunch, cigar lounge, whisky and wine tastings, live music, chair lift rides, Summit Chalet refreshments, Sky Deck viewing, collector keepsakes, and the unveiling of the Poseidon Motorcycle. Special guests include Scott Jacobs of Jacobs Gallery, master bike builder James Lamar of Crazy Native Customs, and bike signature painter Ken Picozzi of Picozzi’s Custom Paint.
